Virtual Body-Mind Focusing is a gentle, supportive process that helps you feel more at home in your body. Stress, tension, and old experiences often get stored physically — sometimes without us even realizing it. Through guided awareness and simple techniques, you’ll learn how to listen to what your body is holding and gently release it.

How It Works

  • Sessions are held online, and emphasize creating a safe, supportive environment.

  • Together, we’ll use verbally guided focusing techniques, breathing regulation, and easy self-acupressure to explore where stress or emotions are showing up in your body.

  • You’ll discover new ways to feel more grounded, calm, and connected.
