Virtual Body-Mind Focusing is a gentle, supportive process that helps you feel more at home in your body. Stress, tension, and old experiences often get stored physically — sometimes without us even realizing it. Through guided awareness and simple techniques, you’ll learn how to listen to what your body is holding and gently release it.
How It Works
Sessions are held online, and emphasize creating a safe, supportive environment.
Together, we’ll use verbally guided focusing techniques, breathing regulation, and easy self-acupressure to explore where stress or emotions are showing up in your body.
You’ll discover new ways to feel more grounded, calm, and connected.
